Dear customer service,
I have received ebay voucher code when I logged in my eBay account. Then I bought a pair of Windsor Smith Loco shoe, all process are fine, but when I apply the voucher code that your system provided before made payment with paypal. It did not accept and it displayed below message:
"The redemption code could not be used for your purchase.
This redemption code cannot be used because it is already linked to another eBay account."
To be honest, I did not use any voucher on eBay before. So I think your system may be conflict or error.
How can I apply it to receive $10 off on eBay again?
