Hi, ebay says i got coupon for parts but i cant use it always says an error:

Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again.

I went to help support but they dont GF so its like a fake false coupon for me because its there but i cant use it...  Lol

There may be a glitch, but if you log out of the Australian site and log in to the US site , you should be able to use the coupon  as long as  you're trying to use it in the correct category

You are registered in Panama, so why are you asking on the Australian boards ?

Edit. Since it's now September that might be why it's not working.

It's a US coupon so log out of here and log into ebay.com

Try using the coupon on the US site and if you're not successful, ask your question on the US boards.

It certainly will not work logging into eBay Australia when you are on the other side of the world . Does your purchase meet all the other t&c ?

I also have the same problem, I tried different ways and always get the same error, I also sent a message to support services and so far nothing

Being overseas and trying to use an out of date coupon would certainly explain it
