I cant believe the administrators at Ebay have not made themselves available to help deal with this small issue.
I purchased a skirt from a seller and when i received it, found it to be a childs size 8 not a womans size 8!! So I contacted the seller and she claimed that it was my mistake, but happy to refund me if I paid the postage cost.
So, I did just that and marked the item as 'return started' as welll as clicking on the 'item sent' icon. A few days later the 'Item delivered' icon was ticked green too. A few days later the seller received the item and duly refunded the money into my paypal account. She requested that I finalise the return at my end. So I went back to the page and tried to click on the 'Refund Sent' icon, but to no effect.
I have tried to navigate my way along with ending this, but haven't got a clue!
Can someone give me advice on how to do this?
