Hi,
Just after a little help with refunds. I recently purchased two clothing items from the US which the I returned as per the seller's return policy as they did not fit.
Upon receipt of the returned items the seller has only issued me with a refund on the actual items $29.54 and not for the full amount of $47.53 (minus the shipping US$17.99).
Bearing in mind that when I received the parcel I noticed the USPS sticker showed shipping costs to acutally only be US$8.00.
Isn't the seller suppose to provide me with a FULL refund. I paid for the return shipping costs.
I'm a seller too and would never not give a buyer a full refund including their postage costs that they originally paid.
Thanks in advance 🙂
