Goods not arrived

I have paid for two chairs and only one has arrived. Have messaged seller who has a disconnect notice on their site. Please explain when and if I am getting the second chair?

Open a return/refund request, and once the option to choose the reason appears, select the one that states not everything arrived.

 

Do NOT open an Item Didn’t Arrive dispute. That’s for disputes where literally nothing was received - no parcel at all.

Other members cannot possibly explain when and if you are going to get anything

 

Were they suppose to arrive together? 

 

If so, open and follow through with an item not as described dispute 

what is the item number?
