Hi, on the 23/7/21 I purchased a HP Printer through ebay, I paid with paypal I received acknowledgement from paypal that the monies have been paid but no confirmation from scorptec that they received my order. I contacted them and they said I had to go through ebay. So can you help with this order and give me some information about it.

eBay don't read the boards, and wouldn't have any useful information anyway.

Go to the item and select contact seller if you REALLY need to contact them.

I'm not sure why you would, you bought on Friday. Today is Monday (morning), the next business day. A bit early to start stressing. What is the seller's handling time? When is expected delivery?

I certainly don't contact buyers before I post; I doubt I'm alone.

Some small sellers acknowledge orders, thank the buyer for their purchase and tell them when they are going to post the item, but most big sellers don't. You should have received an automatic confirmation email from eBay though (in addition to the email from PayPal). I usually receive an automatic email from eBay confirming my order after purchasing something and paying.
