Has anyone been left with a Positive feedback,but then seller has left a Nasty Follow up comment?

Hi,,I have been a Buyer on ebay since 2008 and have a 100% Positive Feedback Rating,,I recently bought 2 item's which were the wrong one's,,so I contacted the Seller letting them know,before I left them Feedback,,They basically said to me,yes well we thought they were the other one's,obviously listed?,,They were Very Rude & Nasty towards me!!.I contacted Customer Support on how to deal with this Seller & they advised me that I was in my right's to leave Negative Feedback for them,in saying that I did,,so the Seller left a Positive Mark,,but with a Horrible Comment with it,,Ebay assured me saying that all was annonymous,but obviously the Seller knew??,,as this Seller was reported to the Trust and Safety Team By Ebay themselves,,So the Seller left Even More Nasty Follow up comments,,that was removed by ebay,,Thank Goodness,,but the Original Feedback is still there for other Seller's to see in my feedback,,Obviously Some Seller's know that if they leave a Positive Mark for buyer's ebay accepts that,but with False Comments!!,,Which unfortunately ebay told me they were unable to remove as it was called A False Positive Comment,,Furious abit as I have had Fabulous Feedback left from everyone I have bought from,,Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem??,,Thanks for reading...
