Has anyone else had a problem trying to add a discount voucher before paying?

Ebay has a 20% discount voucher for The Good Guys and after selecting a couple of things from their site today, when I tried to add the voucher to get the discount before paying, it wouldn't let me. When I clicked to pay by paypal, which is what I had to do to use the voucher, it went straight to Paypal before letting me add the voucher. Has anyone else had this problem? I ended up having to pay full price and I phoned Ebay to tell them what happened and they said they have had problems with their vouchers and they were working on the problem. I was told I would get a voucher added to my account for the amount I had paid and then I had to contact The Good Guys to say I wanted the order cancelled. So far I have not received a voucher from Ebay and The Good Guys have not cancelled my order.  I checked just before to see if the vouchers are able to be added yet and it is still not working.
