Have sent item back for refund due to faulty goods. What do I do next?

Hi all,

After purchasing faulty pots I have sent them back for refund. The seller has not replyed to any messages from the start so involved ebay to organise a return. The status says awaiting delivery but when you click on the case it has been delivered which AP also confirm. I've sent the seller a message but what next? When will I see my refund? What is the process now?
