Haven't received item. Seller is also in the same State and City

Paid for two items on the 9th of december, and on my ebay page it said that the seller had posted the items (highlighted envelope) on the 12th december. It is now the 16th and the items still haven't arrived.

I paid via standard postage.

I've never had an item not arrive on time or be this long through the post.

The seller also stated that they hold no responsibilites if posted via regular mail.

Are there any action that I can take to get my products or money back even if they state that they take no responsibilities?
