I ordered ( # 15-11402-35346 ) and paid for an Item , # 395 240 293 624 from Ebay USA and have been advised that it can't be exported to Australia and a refund was sent .
I've tried to communicate with Ebay against this order but can't .
I would like to know why Ebay can't export the item .
I want to buy this item , I have a business connection in the USA who will export it for me .
Thanks , Lloyd
eBay do not sell anything
eBay do not export anything and is not a 'postal service'
It is the buyer's responsibility to know what they can import
You don't need to communicate with eBay about this
If the seller has told you they cannot send the item in question, you need to ask them why
You will need to negotiate with the seller if they are will to do what you want
Many won't as it can be a tactic used by scammers to 'get around things'
Regardless of you 'wanting' to buy it, the seller is under no obligation to agree
To add, for the item number you gave it clearly shows
May not ship to Australia. Read item description or contact for shipping options.
and
The seller has not specified a shipping method to Australia. contact and request shipping to your location.
Did you do so?
I doubt such an item is going to get into OZ somehow
