Hello, is there anyway for the Buyer to keep purchases private in the feedback section , some seller do this but the majority don't?

A relative checked my feedback recently/I had purchased a christmas present for them and I would like people not to Know what I'm purchasing anyway. How does the Buyer keep their purchases private?
