Hi, How do i get Ebay to understand that a seller has put in a fake unpaid dispute on me.They do not understand,Ebay or seller.

This is so frustrating 😞
Paid for all items on same day i bought them 02-11-12

Seller writes me saying they received payment 05-11-12
Seller puts unpaid dispute in on all items 10-11-12.

I write seller and ask why and what is going on>>> Seller says"nothing wrong if you not trust items come,i will refund money and hope you pay when you get items.. ME<< CONFUSED 😕
I write them again and again and again over next 6 days asking them to remove dispute...Seller<<< still not understand
I write EBAY,nothing they can do until a mark has been made against my account.

 

I write EBAY yesterday letting them know i now have 15 unpaid items marked against my name 😞
EBAY write back saying,'We have removed the unpaid marks from your account as a courtesy for having 100% good.
WHAT THE??????? 
Courtesy....I am so fuming over this, OUT of COURTESY for doing nothing wrong.....
aarrrgghhhh lol..... The seller in my book should be given a talking to and get penalised for doing this... i wrote EBAY telling them so and to please understand.."I done nothing wrong from the start"
Sorry everyone,it is like i am writing to people whom do not understand my language at all.
Good thing,the marks have been removed.. but they should of been removed because of the mistake the seller made not courtesy.
