Hi, I have purchased an item and the seller is in the US but the item is in China. My problem is I would like to pay but the seller won't allow payment through paypal without my phone number. I was also sent a very blunt, very rude email within 12 hours letting me know I would be reported as non paying buyer if I didn't pay. This sounds suss to me, is there any harm in giving my phone number to a seller. I am a seller and give my number to buyers all the time. Thanks in advance
