Hi, I opened a case as I didn't receive an item, it's finally arrived but it's not as described.

What do I do now, I'm really disappointed with the whole experience, Iv'e had no contact with the seller until I went to the resolution centre.

The bag then arrived but it's dirty, not excellent as described, and the store receipt that was to be included, isn't.

I sent an email straight away saying I was not happy and would like a refund, no reply, do I wait for her to respond?

Also, as I opened a case re not receiving item, and I got it, do I close the case?

I'm not trying to be difficult but I'm really not happy with anything about the transaction.

Try to open a Paypal dispute in case they will deal with it.
