I purchased a few items back in September and when they hadn't arrived by mid October, I asked what was happening. They responded, the order was sent 3/10 due to big sale. When it arrived 2 weeks later it was incomplete. I then emailed again and was informed it was probably a green worker who made the mistake, and the items would be sent next day. Well, it's now coming up mid November and still nothing, so I left a neutral feedback, cos the only answer I get is, It was sent 18/10. Now they claim (despite their email) that everything was sent on 25 September and to check tracking number. Since posting the feedback, I've been bombarded with emails claiming my response has damaged their reputation and I need to re-address it. I thought feedback was supposed to be honest to help other members. How do I get them to stop sending me messages telling me to change my feedback?
