Hi i purchases an item which is delayed but its not on my purchases and i need a refund and seller said contact ebay team but its so hard as it doesnt appears on my purchases section i am so furstrated please tell me what to do

Did you buy on this account or as a guest?  (or did you sign in via social media)?

Have you changed the time period in the drop down menu to cover when you bought the item?

How long ago did you buy it?

What was the estimated delivery date?

If the  item  isn't showing in your eBay P urchases>  See Orders > Drop down box options or  purchases as a guest, possibly eBay has removed the listing.

Hopefully  the seller's not  taking advantage of your low feedback.

How are you contacting the seller, through eBay or email ?

Have you been given a tracking number ?
