hi just need a little help.just purchased a window 7 ultimate and when trying to install it's telling me it is not genuine.looking at his feedback he has sold quite a few, but no problem.what do i do cotact seller first or disput with paypal.

You can take the item to a seller in a real shop and get them to authenticate it.

If they say it is a fake then ask for them to put this on a letter head and then contact the seller and tell them what they have sold is a fake and you want a full refund.

If they will not do this then open a dispute via paypal and put in detail all the proof you have that it is a fake.

Once escalated to a claim if the seller will not help, paypal may ask you to fax the letter advising it is a fake.
