Hi, i haven't received my order item for more than two months, i asked seller to do the refund but no response from seller either, can i call ebay customer service directly to solve the problem for me, cause my request already closed by ebay due to over 21 days? how can i contact ebay customer service? i can't find any contact number.

To contact eBay CS go to the top of the page and click on "ebay help" then scroll to the bottom for "contact us".
BUT it's very unlikely they'll reopen a closed case when you've allowed it to time out.
If they wont then if you paid by Paypal, open a dispute in their Resolution Centre.
