Hi what do i do when buying item and realize i want qick postage and cancell that order and reorder

i ordered item  then cancelled it  got charged, then reorderd same item with fast postage, the first item wasnt sent to me,so icant send it back for refund, second item payed and arrived all good but how the hell can i send item back if i havent recieved it   murray
