Hi what do people think about improving drop down menu for positive feed back .re cater for full refund on undelivered item

drop down menue positive feed back asks for info that is no relavant to a purchase that has not been delivered tc  ,but full refund given ,seems silly to say item was as described ,delivered  posted etc when none is relavant other than comunication ,only that is relavant that payer was fully refunded and was pleased with end result of transactin.can be handy feedback for other buyers
