Hi wondering if you can confirm this purchase for me.

Hi wondering if you can confirm this purchase for me? I recently purchased an aircraft model BOAC VC-10.

I was sent a confirmation by ebay and that the sender had marked as sent? which all happened 2 days ago. The problem is the purchase never showed up on my purchase history? which lead to believe that in fact the purchase had not gone through. I sent a email to the seller, he has asked me to confirm that purchase had gone through. I used Paypal for the transaction and have a receipt that the funds had gone through to the sellar.  Please confirm. regards Mark

Go to your Purchase History page  and make sure the  See Orders >  drop down box is set to the correct timespan

Or did you purchase as a guest ?

Or through social media ?

OP, you're not contacting eBay by posting on these boards. They are public forums on which any eBay member can post, and the responders are, like you, fellow eBay members who give voluntary helpful advice and information. (The standard of help is usually well above the type of cut-and-paste help provided by eBay customer service.)

No one here can check your purchases.

However, there have been several buyers in the last few months who have posted about not being able to see their purchases. The answer is almost certainly that you were logged in via social media login credentials (Facebook, Google, etc) rather than into your usual eBay account with username/password, OR you weren’t logged in at the time and purchased as a guest.

If your email for social media is different to the email you use for eBay, you’ll actually have created a new eBay account. You’ll have been asked to enter a password when you first signed in via your social media credentials. If your emails are the same, then you’ll not have been asked for a password and your two accounts will be linked. https://www.ebay.com.au/help/account/signing-ebay-account/signing-ebay-account?id=4191
