How do you know they have not posted it?
What have they done to make you think they are fake after buying from them?
You will only be ripped off if you do not use all the tools eBay give buyers to use when things do not go as they should
How long ago did you buy?
What was the estimated delivery date?
What is the seller's feedback like?
Where is the seller registered?
Have you done all the other steps a buyer would do before they contact eBay? (who will only tell you what the people here will tell you to do if you have'nt already)
1) Contact the seller
If they do not reply, or their reply is not suitable, and your item is past the estimated delivery date given
you open an item not receive dispute
Before you jump to conclusions, which you seem to have done already, some sellers don't mark it as posted even if they have sent it.
If you are so concerned, contact the seller and simply ask them if the item has been posted yet.
