On my buying ID I won an auction for $61 - it was listed as 'free postage'.
I received an invoice for $61 PLUS $80 postage!
I have messaged seller to please remove postage charge and send me a new invoice but so far he has not responded.
How can I obtain seller's PayPal details so that I can pay the $61 for an 'eBay item' directly through PayPal so he cannot open a NPB case against me?
This is a newbie seller (f/b 4) and he has sold approx 15 of this same item in the last week - all with 'free postage'. The listing is STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MESH ROLL - have a look at 'completed listings'.
