Not familiar with Australian Pay
Are you sure it was'nt a phishing email?
A lot of those going around claiming to be from a postal service or courier company, pretending the person has been sent a parcel but they have to pay some random amount to get it and to click the link the scammer sent (Bingo!, computer virus)
How did you get the notification?
Was it an email/text/card from the post office ?
Did it actually specifically mention the item you bought?
