I bought an item and it was faulty, I started a return/refund request and the buyer just sent me a new item, how do I now close or cancle the return request?
I closed a return but I forgot to send this message to EBAY
" On August the 29 I bought a swivel recliner chair that I returned by mistake because I saw that the store was closed, but laer I found out that it was a store in another location. I want the company to send me the chair, please activate the payment for this item.
