I gave negative feedback about a seller. Now they keep on sending emails asking me to withdraw the feedback. I just want them to stop!
Totally ignore them - mark them as read - and have a good day.
Add follow-up feedback to the one you left warning others about the harassment.
Block them if they're sending messages through eBay.
If (unlikely these days) they are sending you direct emails, block their email address.
Is this the seller in China?
As mentioned, block the emails
If they are the one in China, eBay won’t do anything about them
But if they are sending you messages via eBay, report those anyway
How many have they sent?
Where they all the same copy and paste message or different messages?
Did the listing say the item came with instructions?
I just checked and no, the listing didn't mention instructions, although there are "some" instructions in the listing itself. I wouldn't be happy about receiving harassing messages either though. The seller seems to know that he can't offer a partial refund to have the negative feedback removed, or it would be feedback extortion, so he just sends several messages to the buyer just asking to revise it. If the seller thinks that instructions were not mentioned and that the feedback is unfair, he should contact eBay to have it removed instead of harassing the buyer.
