Personally I think this is disgusting, eBay obviously want to protect the dodgy sellers. With only 45 days to lodge a Paypal dispute & 60 days to leave feedback the hapless buyer (me) just has to wear the loss.
I bought two items from Hong Kong sellers on 4th January, (different user names – same seller). Neither item turned up despite numerous apologetic emails (in atrocious no sense English).
End result at 62 days I CAN NOT get a refund & cannot even have the satisfaction of leaving NEGATIVE feedback.
It seems that the system is designed for cunning sellers to intentionally stall the buyer until the time has elapsed! :_|
