How do I mark an item as Paid when I have paid cash on delivery?

I used to just mark the $ sign in the list view but that is not an option. It is telling me to pay for the item via paypal or credit card.

Is it something that the seller needs to do at their end now that they have received the cash?

At times, seller is needed to update their Paypal address otherwise, the $ sign is only partially bolded. I faced that problem several times. Sellers can fix it easily. Inform seller.
