How do you report a scammer/suspicions listings

Coping other peoples pictures and listings, has a new account ect.

It is up to the seller to report it and the best way is for the seller to phone ebay and it will get the listing removed quicker.

The seller should message the one copying his listing and ask them to remove it or it will be reported.

There is a report button on everey listing, use that and choose the appropriate option.
