How to leave out purchased item when leaving feedback?

When leaving feedback how do you keep the item purchased from the feedback page?.  Thank you Bee

The item title will not show only when the seller has private listings.

If you do not want others to see your purchases you can set your FB to private.

But it will not stop those that want to be sticky noses from searching what you have purchased but a lot do not know how to search it either.
