How to remove an item that I need to pay for, realized I bid on the wrong item and the seller agreed to give a second chance offer ?

Further to the above question my account is saying I need to pay for an item but the item has gone in a second chance offer that was accepted and paid. In my account it is saying I need to pay for the item how do I rectify so my account is clear from this payment ? Thanks
