I Cant open a new request for the item which i didn't receive.

Hi

Recently i have purchased an item in ebay and i have waited more than then the shipping agreed dates, still i didnt recive the item.

I have sent several messages to the seller request for ytracking and he didnt respond, so i thougt of opening a new request for the item which i didnt receive.

Once i have selected the option as "Didn't receive an item" system asked me to select the item and upon selection i was logged out automatically and requesting me to re loggin, i thought it was security measure and i have re logged in and tried and again the same issue.

Could someone help me to resolve this please.

If you paid with Paypal then you are better opening a dispute there for item not received rather than through ebay.
