I accidently left negative feedback. How do I change it to positive?
Also does anyone have the email address for ebay customer support? Does not come up when I click on it

You need to contact the seller and ask them to send a request to revise feedback.
Once they send it then you can change it to what you need too.
As for the email address there is no email addy as such you just click on contact us and go from there.
