I sincerely hope that having an order number does not mean that you have parted with any money.

Any transaction that is supposedly done through ebay escrow is a scam.

You are not buying a car.

There is no car.

You are dealing with a criminal trying to steal your money.

Cease all communication.

This is a well known scam.

You only buy a car that you can inspect/test drive.
