I am getting an error when I change the delivery address as part of the checkout process

Hi .. does anyone know how to fix this?

I am getting an error when changing the delivery address as part of the checkout process.

The error says the seller doesn't deliver to this address - this is not correct the seller is in the UK and the delivery address is in the UK. You cannot proceed to pay with this error.

The day before I changed to the same UK delivery address and paid with no issues.

I remember this happening once before.

I asked the seller to update the invoice but he said the invoice had my Australian address (even though the copy of the ebay email shows the UK address in the message)

Any suggestions?

As a seller yourself you should be aware that for the seller to have seller protection they have to send the item to the delivery address in their payment advice.

 

Sending a message to the seller for a different address will not cover them if they do that. YOU must change the delivery address in your payment method be it Paypal/credit card etc.
