I bought two items from a seller one month ago and never received them! I opened a case and the seller has provided a tracking number but I have checked at my local post office and they say that it was delivered but obviously not to me.
The seller doesn't want to give me a refund. What should I do? She doesn't have any proof of lodgement apart from a tracking number from auspost. I already escalated the case and they say it requires my action but I don't see where I can answer!!!!!
Please help me since it never happened to me before!
