If what you were sent is not what is described, you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

Is it more than 30 days since the last estimated delivery date?

Is this from the seller registered in Italy ?

Ask eBay to step in if necessary.

I've now come across another 10 Italian Registered Business sellers and it's  very obvious what's happening.

One selling ID  has  now  had  11,000 items listed on their account.

Buyers may well receive some of  their items but I can almost guarantee  it won't be from  Italian sellers , the real account holders.

I'll dig a bit deeper but buyer beware.

This is the 3rd  time today that I've seen Italian registered business sellers  with pages and pages of Italian

feedback  suddenly switch to English very recently. 

Item location  now showing as  varied states / places in  Australia !!

All their items listed  appear to be from AliExpress, Shein, Amazon etc
