You'll need to give other members some kind of info as it is hard for us to 'guess' just by a comment in the heading
What happens when you try to pay?
Is this the first time this has happened?
Has it been with just one seller, or more than one?
Is your card up to date?
Are you on the app or full site?
Have you double checked that no money has come out (ie, if you are seeing some kind of error message, have you checked to make sure that message is not in fact an error?)
