I can't buy anything on eBay through After pay. I get to where the after pay logo starts to flast

I pick after pay to pay and it won't go any further than the after pay logo starts to flast

There was talk on the boards a year or so ago that AfterPay was no longer an eBay option.

Seemingly that isn't so.
