The seller refuses a refund, he lied about the Dell warranty, I have had the computer about 3 weeks now and it shuts down about 6 times a day. The seller will not give me the Dell service department so I can send it to be fixed. Seller has no business and no ABN. Tax office are looking into this. All I want is my money back. The seller took advantage because I transferred money direct to him. So he kept the service tag and would not transfer ownership of the computer.
