I refer to a dispute I had with a seller, and the escalation of that dispute into a claim. I was sure the seller had failed to meet his obligations, and therefore I followed your protocol exactly, as I had nothing to lose.
I just want to thank the Ebay team for attending to this claim, and for the satisfactory resolution of the dispute. I received from Ebay in the time frame in your process the refund of my payment, and am very satisfied with your dispute resolution process.
