I have an item I wanted to buy. The seller in the USA doesn't send here.How do I cancel it ????

I am surprised you were able to buy it if the seller has the listing set up that they do not post to Australia 

In any case, you cannot cancel, only the seller can do that

So if they are not will to make an exception (or they legally cannot send whatever it is to Australia) they will need to cancel it themselves

Have you asked them either way?
