I have been banned on Ebay after 'abusing' a seller after she abused me with some very colorful language.I was also reported to the NSW Police who have interviewed me and just brushed it off,BUT Ebay insist that I am banned and the at not even my wife is permitted to use OUR email adrress.Since when has a company been allowed to do this and wouldnt this be described as discrimination,or do Ebay have a law under themselves.
I am intrigued.I have been involved with Ebay for 10 years,I had 1814 positive feedback,BUT because I used a threatening paragraph in a reply to a seller,the seller took it to heart (not thick skinned)and reported me.The NSW Police have just brushed it off but Ebay have banned both myself and my wife.
Where is the justice in this
