I have been charged for ebay plus and I didn't sign up to it.I expect a refund..no one goes to my account unlawfully

I am guessing you signed up for the free trial and should have cancelled the subscription before the trial ended as per the T&C's.

Try chat with eBay and see if they will refund, but no guarantees. Especially if you agreed at the free trial.

If you, as you say did not sign up for it, then you need to find out who is accessing your account without your knowledge or permission and report that to eBay

You will also want to change your passwords etc

Posting here will not get your refund, this is a member to member forum and nobody here signed you up

Unless you actually did sign up for the free trail as mentioned

In which case you did agree to pay the fees if you opted not to cancel that free trail

Go over your credit card statement. See if you can find something like 'ebyplsmbs  free trial -$6'.  If you find it go into the bank and open a dispute.

The OP stated they did not sign up for such a thing(eBay Plus) . I hope well before now that they have reported this charge to their bank, cancelled their card and changed their passwords etc as advised, or whomever used their account to sign up may well decided to make a big purchase as their next trick
