I have bid on an item. It states free shipping to most of the world but not New Zealand. I cannot find a way to contact the seller.

I have been threatened with having my account closed. The email says if I have problem I should contact ebay.
I cannot find a way to contact ebay (I have tried "reply" to the email but that doesn't seem to work)
I cannot find a way to contact the seller.
I can't cancel the order, I can't pay for the order, I can't contact ebay to sort it out.
