You not knowing how eBay works does not make it a scam
You have yo pay for what you buy
And you buy from sellers listing on eBay
You 'pay eBay' and eBay pays the seller
If things you order do not arrive you open and follow through with an item not received dispute
Why has it taken you since 2018 to decide it is a scam?
