I have bought something on here a month ago and still haven't received my item ?

I am still waiting for my item, I have contacted the seller with no luck of any feedback. I have reported it to EBay support but then I closed the request can someone please help me I really don't want this item anymore I just want my money back, in full asap. I'm upset at the fact I already paid for this item, how long does an item really take to send ?!

The trick is to read and understand eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

If you closed a not received case, you have directly abrogated the MBG. No ifs, buts or maybes.

If you paid through Paypal or using a credit card, you might have avenues through Paypal or your bank.

While you're waiting READ how buying on eBay works, Specifically the MBG.

In choosing to close the case, you have 'told eBay' the item has arrived and you are happy with the outcome

Please at least read the basics on buying, which takes a couple of minutes

And check who you are buying from

eBay provide buyers with all the tools they need to get their money back if something goes wrong, but you need to follow the correct process

They do not cover buyers who just do their own thing 

As for how long it really takes to send something, you know that before buying because each item shows you the 'estimated delivery dates' (guess inserted by eBay)

Why did you close the request? Did the seller promise a refund or a replacement if you did?

Never ever close a request until you are satisfied. Promises don't mean anything.
