I have had no reply to my refund claim for faulty catch on watch from REMOVED.

There has been no response from seller in the five day time required by eBay for a claim gainst REMOVED for refund on faulty catch on watch.The offer of US$10 was rejected weeks ago. eBay sent mail to say a case was opened, but I have heard no more.

Please help.
