This is a member to member forum, other buyers and sellers can't give you the outcome of an order number 

You have said you have received the item, could you explain what you mean by no confirmation from the seller, please? Afraid I do not understand what you are actually asking about 

Do you mean they have not marked it as sent?

Do you mean they have not left you positive feedback?

Do you mean you did not get an email from eBay saying you had purchased the item?

Or something else?

Usually you get an automatic confirmation email from eBay, but the seller won't send you an email (some do, but only very few). After posting the item, sellers usually mark the item as sent, but this is not strictly necessary (some don't).

Have you already received the item? Is there a problem with it?
